2.22 — The Pasture and backpacks
A new zone full of animals, roast dinners and pancakes, three backpacks to sew, an alchemy table for your house and smarter monsters.

Take the lower gate out of Oakvale and you reach the Pasture.
Animals
Six chickens, four sheep, three cows and three pigs. They never attack.
- Collect eggs, wool and milk from them every few minutes (Farming XP).
- Or butcher them for meat, leather and feathers (Combat XP). A new animal arrives a minute later.
Everyone on the Pasture sees the same animals in the same places.
New recipes
At the campfire: fried eggs, roast chicken, roast mutton, roast pork and steak. At the Bakery: pancakes, with flour, an egg and milk.
Backpacks
Sew them at the Workbench from leather and wool:
- Small backpack: 4 more slots
- Medium backpack: 8 more slots
- Large backpack: 12 more slots
An alchemy table at home
Build one at the Workbench, put it in your house and brew potions without walking to the Forest.
Monsters got smarter
- Armour now works in points: the higher the monster's level, the more armour you need to block the same share of a hit.
- Many monsters have a special: druids heal, zombies slow you, rats leap at you, skeletons sometimes block. Look for the small icon next to their name.
- They lunge when they attack and squash when you hit them, and damage numbers bounce.
