Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-16

These terms are an agreement between you and the HB RPG team (Romania) ("we") about playing HB RPG at https://play.horiabodeanu.ro. By creating an account you accept them, together with the Rules and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can play

You must be 16 or older. You sign in with a Google account and you are responsible for keeping it secure. One person may use several accounts only if the Rules allow it.

2. The game is a free beta

The game is free and still being built. Features, balance, items and the world can change at any time. It may be offline for updates or because something broke. We do our best to keep your progress, but we cannot promise that nothing will ever be lost or reset.

3. Virtual items have no real value

Gold, items, houses and everything else in the game are part of the game. They are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money and have no monetary value. Buying or selling game items, gold or accounts for real money is forbidden.

4. How you behave

You agree to follow the Rules. In short: be decent to other players, do not cheat, do not use bots or exploits, and do not post anything illegal.

5. Moderation

We may remove messages, mute, kick, rename or ban accounts that break these terms or the Rules, for a period or permanently. You will see the reason. Our tools include an automatic chat filter, player reports and manual review by moderators.

Appeals: if you think a decision was wrong, write to the ✉ Feedback button in the game (Log → Feedback) within 30 days, with your hero's name. A person (not an automated system) will review it and reply.

6. Reporting illegal content

Use the ⚑ button next to a chat message, the /report Name reason command, or write to the ✉ Feedback button in the game (Log → Feedback). Tell us what the content is, where it appeared and why you think it is illegal. We act on reports quickly. If we suspect a criminal offence that threatens someone's life or safety, we inform the authorities.

7. Your content

Your hero's name and chat messages must follow the Rules. You allow us to show them to other players for as long as they are in the game.

8. Ending

You can delete your account at any time (⚙ Settings → Your account). We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break the Rules.

9. Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, downtime or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

10. Contact and law

Contact: the ✉ Feedback button in the game (Log → Feedback). Single point of contact for authorities (EU Digital Services Act): the same address, in English or Romanian. Romanian law applies, without taking away the protection of the law of your country of residence.
